About Sacha

As a qualified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach I am passionate about sourcing local fresh produce, cooking healthy delicious food for my family and friends, discovering new recipes, keeping fit, sport, travelling, music, reading, pushing myself out of my comfort zone and inspiring others to reach their goals and get the most out of life.

As a mother, who has worn many different hats over the years, I have finally found a career that I love. I have a degree in French from St Andrew's University in Scotland, a diploma in Hotel Management, from the Ecole Hoteli`ere de Lausanne, Switzerland and I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York, USA. It was interesting and varied working as a private chef in my native Scotland, at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons (a two-star Michelin hotel restaurant in Oxfordshire, England), at a Lloyds of London Underwriter, Morgan Stanley Investment Bank and finally as an Executive Search Consultant in the City of London. However, I never felt I had found my "thing".

Moving to Cairo, in Egypt and then on to Dubai, in the UAE with my husband, was a fascinating and enriching experience. We had our two children in Dubai and I was lucky enough to be able to stay at home with them when they were little. This is where my love of cooking and interest in nutrition deepened. However, being diagnosed with coeliac disease was the turning point and led me to study and practise Nutritional Health Coaching.
Healing myself through diet was a revelation and although of course not everyone needs to give up gluten, it made me aware that one man's food is another man's poison. Deep down, most of us know what our body needs, but sometimes we just need a little support and an ally to get us started on the right path.
Our health and well-being also goes way beyond the plate. I love being able to share my nutritional knowledge and innovative coaching techniques and hold my clients accountable for whatever goals they choose to set themselves. It is a huge privilege to watch them achieve these one by one.
