"Sacha is so patient, kind, caring, thoughtful and hugely knowledgeable. I thought I might be "told" to do certain things. What I realised is that all decisions about changes came from me. There were opportunities to try things out, space to reflect on what worked for me and also on what didn't feel quite right. I felt very respected as an individual and Sacha, you made me feel very safe and nurtured, thank you doesn't say the half of it.
Working with Sacha has allowed me to unpick habits and thoughts which had crept up on me. There is a huge luxury to be had in experiencing an objective, listening ear. I didn't feel bombarded with information yet I have a much deeper understanding of why all the changes I made have had this huge impact on me. I feel happier, healthier, more energetic and confident. Above all, I feel free from the old ways of being which had weighed me down".

"Six months ago, overworked as a hospital doctor and struggling with my son's challenging adolescent behaviour, my menopause symptoms, weight gain and poor sleep, I felt alone and anxious about the future. I was irritable at work and at home, felt stressed-out and my relationships were suffering.

Right from the start of my 6-Month Programme with Sacha, I began to feel its transformative benefits. Through our early work together we were able to identify underlying issues and habits, many of which went back as far as I can remember.

Sacha is a skilled listener and through her patience, honesty, compassion and lack of judgment she showed a deep level of understanding. This enabled me to access and unlock fundamental issues on which my previous ways of thinking and feeling had hinged.
She has helped me articulate a blueprint to develop a framework of possibility that applied to all areas of my life. The results were apparent almost immediately: the weight began to fall off, my dull and spotty skin cleared, my mood stabilised, I felt calmer and my relationships improved. As my physical and mental confidence and strength grew, I was able to identify other areas of possibility, which I was able to address, to make sustained and healthier choices, and to trust my intuition.
My work with Sacha has empowered me and given me access to the tools to continue to maintain this improved and sustained balance in my life that has improved my health and well-being immeasurably".

"Having never felt unwell previously I became increasingly concerned over some of the health issues I had begun to experience. These conditions first appeared during the first Covid and, although unrelated to Covid, I struggled to understand what was causing the problems and get any answers from an overwhelmed NHS. I was offered a range of medication to address the symptoms however I wanted to explore addressing the cause not the symptom. I was introduced to Sacha through a work colleague, having had an initial conversation, the ethos of the plan I felt had the potential to address the root cause of my ailments a method not offered by the NHS.

I was struggling with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, I was overweight and I was no longer able to enjoy the sport of sailing.

The goals at the start I remember quite clearly. To lose weight, to change my eating habits to eat natural unprocessed food and to address the health anxiety I had been experiencing following a number of atrial fibrillation episodes. Sacha and I talked at length about how these goals might be achieved and, although there were set backs and further episodes of atrial fibrillation I persevered with the program. I think some of the books and articles Sacha recommended in the early days helped me understand the potential and the science behind the course we had embarked on. I remained persistent and slowly the improvements were visible, this was a great motivator and helped me through the setbacks.

I believe the most significant overall change has been how I have become so much more aware of the link between nutrition and wellbeing and how, through this awareness I am able to make conscious decisions now on my own to choose a more healthy lifestyle. I have become fitter, stronger and more confident, my mental wellbeing has also improved dramatically. I often spoke of having a busy mind at that I craved peace and to not think of anything, sometimes. I am far more adept at slowing my busy mind now and, although I will always have the tendency to be a 'thinker' and mindfulness is something that we continue to work on, I know I have the power to challenge my thoughts and let them go if needed.
Sacha is supportive, encouraging, caring, kind and has an undeniable passion for improving health through nutrition. Sacha always leaves me in no doubt that she genuinely wants me to succeed in my goals and provides timely and interesting recommendations for articles and books that support the nutritional objectives.

I would highly recommend Sacha to anyone wanting to understand how their health and wellbeing could be improved. Sacha has shown to me how making sensible choices in respect of the food I eat, how I think and how we are designed to exercise as humans can make incredible changes to my whole life experience. I am so grateful that we met and recommend to anyone else lucky enough to be offered the chance to have Sacha as a coach not to miss out what is undoubtedly a lifechanging opportunity.

Since starting the program I have become aware of the changes others have made to their own nutritional and lifestyle choices. For example my wife now trains 4 times a week and has cut out all processed and sugar rich foods. These changes have been made through watching my progress and success and now she has lost over 14lb in weight and has embarked on a couch to 5k program with the goal of taking part in running events in the new year. The program has also influenced my work colleagues. Our business regularly hold board meetings which span a lunch time.
Previously we would have sandwiches, crisps, pork pies and sausage rolls with a millionaire shortbread desert. I politely declined this food as it was not aligned to my goals instead requesting a salad bowl with chicken. Our entire executive team has now adopted this salad lunch idea, sandwiches and crisps are now a thing of the past and salad and fruit adorn our lunch table during our meetings."
